After last year’s experience with them, my family and I will not be signing up for Christmas gifts this year with them - my son has developmental delays, autism, and he even had open heart surgery last year as well. I went to go pick up his Christmas gifts after everything we went through with his surgery, and there wasn’t a whole lot of options or variety for kiddos who are on the spectrum or just for kids who have special needs, period. I grabbed what I could for my kiddo knowing everything he has, not to mention the center didn’t even have a lot of items left (and it’s understandable that if you come earlier you get more options) since I came in a little later. But at the end of all the picking, I ended up having a bag with only 2 things for my son while parents had bags FILLED TO THE BRIM for their kids. I made a complaint about this with the staff that year, then they had to call the event’s coordinator over so that I could complain to him about what we received and my son’s situation - the staff and coordinator basically told me “you should focus on what you have going on instead of complaining to us about some toys.” They were very rude, disrespectful, and had no empathy or

I love this organization. They have helped me and my family in so many ways. They will definitely try to help you the best way they can. I will like to particularly point out two people... Rachel and Sarah. They are the best! If I could give more stars I would. Family first center is the best.
